Im getting oil back pressure from the dip stick , have fitted new pistons and one liner replaced sounds great apart from this oil back pressure ,please some body give me some sound pointers

Sounds like broken or stuck piston rings, allowing the air / fuel mixture during the compression stroke, to go past the rings and into the crankcase, which pressurizes and forces the oil out thru the dip stick. good luck
Sounds like either a compression problem or valve adjustment.
If there is no smoke but just no UMMPH then susspect valve adjustment. Also it may get weaker as it gets warmer or just stop altogether once hot and not restart until cold again. That's Typical Valve clearances.
If it's burning oil or smoking then susspect damaged piston rings or a burnt piston.
If the oil dip stick is a push in one, and it gets blown out of it's seating, then it's definitely piston problem, as compression is getting past the piston into the sump. That pressure has to be relieved somewhere and the dip stick is the obvious place.
hi.
oil blowing out of dip stick normally means that the engine is getting sump pressure. this is normally caused by wear on the piston rings where the compression of the engine is passing down past the pistons and causing pressure in the sump and then blowing the oil up through the dip stick tube. can also be caused by having a head gasket gone as well as the compression is being blown down through the oil gallery . hope this is helpful to you
First thing ,,,Is to remove dipstick and run engine [now how much back pressure have you got] if none ,ok .what is the oil pressure when cold, and when hot , should be very little differance, what ring gap did you give the rings when they were fitted. and was the rear main seal a good fit or loose fit ,,,and as for fitting new oil rings AGAIN and that stopped the pressure in the sump from blowing out the dip stick hole well THE compression rings are the ones which should have been checked for the correct gap and at -003thou per inch per bore,as the oil rings are only oil scrapers, and compression rings are for Compression is what you have a lot of in the sump.
Let me know how you get on,
Without knowing what make or model you have, check the following:
1. Some, not all, compressor dip sticks have venting holes for the crankcase. If the vent holes are plugged or the check ball is stuck the dip stick will get forced out when the piston comes down.
2. Make sure the oil level is where it's supposed to be. Too much oil in the crankcase will cause the motor to work harder and the excess oil being splashed around the crank case can overwhelm the vents in the case or dip stick and again blow the dip stick out.
3. Worst case, you have worn or broken rings on the piston(s), a hole in a piston or a badly scored cylinder(s) and air is leaking past the piston and creating pressure in the crank case and blowing the dip stick out.
Time has come to retire this vehicle to the recycle plant and get yourself a nice new SMALL car thats fuel efficient. Most obvious cause is worn pistons and rings
A little pressure is normal on the sportster. I have seen where if the oil tank is over full it can blow the dip stick out. Most of us who ride sportsters keep the level showing on the dip stick about midway between the low and full line. Doing this will also help with oil blow by out the air cleaner.
