Question about Konica Minolta bizhub 250 All-In-One Laser Printer
I had a paper jam, after clearing it I got the error code and was told to call service. I unplugged the machine let it sit for a while plugged it back in but got the message again.
C3452: Pressure Heater Trouble.
Try to reset it like this:
Shut down from the main power switch (the one behind the front cover).
Keep pressed the Utility/Counter button.
Power on while the button is kept pushed.
Release the 'Utility/Counter' button only when you see the 'Trouble Reset' button on the touch screen.
Touch the 'Trouble Reset' button, a small ok should pop up underneath.
Power off, wait for a few seconds and then power on.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
