No. Even if they did have a life time guarantee its only for a manufacturing defect and this is almost always found as soon as you get them.

My lens on my brand new glasses are not the same color

If under warranty and you have receipt, it should be ok for replacement/repair. Without that the retailer can make life a bit difficult. P O purchase is very important.

Maui Jim Sunglasses that Suit Your Shape & Style. It can be daunting trying to figure out which Maui Jim sunglasses to buy when there are so many to choose from. Just when you think you've got it figured out, you realize there's a whole other line within the Maui Jim brand that you haven't even look at! To help you make a wise purchasing decision, there are a few things you should know about Maui Jim sunglasses. First, they're made to last for years. They're lightweight, scratch-proof, and impact proof. Second, they're guaranteed to protect your eyes against glare and harmful UV rays. Third, Maui Jim is a brand you can totally trust to protect your eyes and your fashion-wise reputation.
Now, let's consider face shapes for a minute. Based on four of the most common face shapes, here are a few Maui Jim possibilities to consider:
Oval Shape: People with oval faces are able to wear pretty much any style of sunglasses they want. However, the Maui Jim Hoku, Maui Jim Hawaii, and Maui Jim Kapalua make great choices for people with this face shape.
Diamond Shape: People with diamond shaped faces would look great in a new pair of Maui Jim Wailea sunglasses from the Titanium collection, or a pair of Maui Jim Kapalua sunglasses, also from the same collection.
Pear Shape: People with pear shaped faces would look great in a pair of Maui Jim Hoku sunglasses from the Classic collection. Other Maui Jims suitable for the pear face shape include the Hilo , Cyclone, and Kailua styles.
Heart Shape: People with the endearing heart-shaped face will look wonderful in a pair of the new Maui Jim Kaimana sunglasses from the Classic line, or the Maui Jim Kula sunglasses from the Shields line.

I have a pair of aviators with a cracked lens, quote to have fixed is $120 and 6-8 weeks to get lens in. Can I do better elsewhere?

You'd probably be better of buying a new pair of glasses with the $120 dollars. Should get you a decent new pair of aviators.

Cheap Sunglasses vs. Designer branded sunglasses:Which Offers Better Protection?

Don't get me wrong folks, I am a sunglasses fanatic. I own a couple of pairs of Maui Jim's, a pair of ReVo, and a pair of Bollé. I also proudly own Foster Grants, and a few pairs of Sun Classics (which available at some drugstores and souvir shops for cheap). The bottom line is don't be cheated, fooled or duped by salesman, a pretty pair of shades, or a designer label.Good sunglasses are simple! Just look for proper UV labeling and save yourself some money!

Hi guys! Any experience with Bolle Sport Anaconda Sunglasses?

I needed new sunglasses because my old glasses had gotten pretty scratched up. A few trips to various stores in my town to find something that was polarized and decent looking did not result in anything fruitful. So, I decided to take a chance and see what I could find online.
Usually, I'm VERY picky on sunglass purchases when it comes to proper fit (doesn't squeeze your head or nose or let in a lot of light), quality construction and style. Plus, I always like to wear the ones that have "grabbers" at the end to keep your sunglasses from falling off your head every time you bend down or rock your head back.
I decided to get these sunglasses after looking at a picture online (without seeing them in person), judging the fit (without having worn them) and reading the reviews. Without any experience with them in person, they just seemed like they would work out well in short.
GREAT PURCHASE! They fit me like a glove and I think have found the perfect pair of sunglasses for me. I think I will end up buying another pair just to have as a backup! After about two weeks of wearing them I am still a very big fan.

I have an old pair of Air Force issued prescription dark glasses.

If these are the same as the Bausch & Lomb 'Aviator' style. Contact Luxotica. They purchased Bausch & Lombs Sunglasses division. I personally prefer the hooked wires to the standard arms and have purchased the hooked arms to replace the standard ones for other B&L sunglasses.

Another option could be to buy a cheap pair of dubious origin 'genuine' Raybans on the auction site and take the hooked arms off.

You should e-mail Oakley customer support with the problem. They will hopefully be able to send a replacement lens.
