I think the softener dispenser is dispensing during the wash cycle rather than during the rinse cycle. Water is pooling in the softener dispenser at the end of the full wash cycle. I'm also able to open the dispenser while machine is running. The machine is supposed to stop when dispenser is open and it does not. Any suggestions?

The front loader washer spin cycle quit working. Removing the bottom front cover, I noticed the plastic left damper has a broken eyelet that extends to the body of the drum. However, the unit will not run in the spin cycle? What should I look for?

CAN THIS BE RESET? IF SO, WHERE IS IT LOCATED? OR DO WE NEED A NEW MOTOR? are there other things we should check?
