My laptop after being turned on a blue screen appears and then shuts down

There are many reasons this can be happening. Try starting the computer in Safe Mode with Networking and see if the problem still exists. If not that means there's a problem with the start up boot process. Questions to consider: How old is the machine? Have you done all your updates? Possible virus. What exactly does the Blue Screen read? Is it a quick blue screen then restarts or does the blue screen stays? We are computer service company that offers remote free diagnosis. Blue Screen hardware error on new HP g series notebook pc

It appears you have a faulty notebook. This can happen if the notebook come from the same batch of units that could be faulty.
I suggest you return the notebook to the store and get it fixed under warranty.

What is the "Blue Screen

The Blue Screen of Death is as it is. A problem has been detected on your computer and windows has shut down to prevent damage to it.
An example: You over-clock your video card and it's working so hard that you eventually see the Blue Screen of Death. It shuts down your computer because the video card is on the verge of quitting. It's there as a safety precaution because if it keeps working as it is, you will run into some serious problems with the hardware device at fault.
But let's say you're just working on your computer and all of a sudden you get the Blue Screen of Death. Nothing you've done should have prompted it, but it's there and it's serious. There are numerous causes that could present this, but to be more specific...

A) Your Power Supply isn't providing enough power to your computer. Upgrade the power supply.
B) One of your RAM Chips are starting to go. To figure out which RAM Chip it is, you could download a Memory Test program in Windows, but the easier means to do this is to open up the computer. With the computer open, take out one of the RAM chips and try turning on the computer. If you still see the BSOD, put that RAM chip back in and take out another one. Do this until you find the faulty RAM.
C) Your processor is starting to fail. A processor needs to work, but most likely what will happen when the processor quits on you is your entire computer locks up, rather than receiving the BSOD.
I could go on and on until I've indicated every piece of hardware inside your computer but I think you've got the gist of it now. :)

I cant get nothing to work on my laptop now has it crash i get a massage that say shut down to keep from harm and check chkdsk/r but how when i cant get to safe mode or anything

Your computer could be infected by viruses, or your hardware could be damaged. What that blue screen means, is that your computer was shut down to avoid hardware problems, such as your motherboard not being able to hand the voltage.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this. If your computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or...

did you recently install a new hardware ?
did you recently install a new software?
if you answered yes to any of these questions above you need remove it.
therefore if you installed a new hardware safely shut down and remove cables and remove hardware.( if it is hardware the hardware is not compatible with windows)
if it a software boot in safe mood then uninstall software. ( to boot in safe mood, press F8 while computer in turned on )

Blue screen showing igxprd32 error

If anyone else is having this issue here is how you can resolve it.

Open regedit, find these two keys HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0000 and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0001, then delete the InfPath entries under them.

Reboot and install drivers direct from the manufacturer.

This worked. Nothing else on all other forums worked at all. I have changed the PCI bridge, attempted to reinstall the driver (both in and out of safe mode), and a multitude of other things. This is it. End of story.

Blue screen keeps coming up

The blue screen you are referring to usual appears when there is a software/hardware conflict.

If you have recently added any hardware to your computer , try removing it and rebooting the computer..if it was software you have recently installed , try booting the computer in "Safe Mode" ( tap the F8 key when the computer is first booting) and uninstall the program.......

If that does not work , we would need to do some more troubleshooting. First we would need the exact error code from the blue screen. That will help us narrow down exactly where the issue is coming from. In the picture below notice the red box's , the code in those box's is the code we need from yours.

go into your device manager and see if you see any yellow question marks by any usb devices on your pc if there is make sure your online and try an update see if that works first. Also how are you shutting down? are you using the remove hardware Icon on the bottom right? You could also try the Add and Remove hardware in your control panel, Let me know if that works if not write back here.
