drain pipes are blocked due to which rain water is not removing by self, u need to use high preasure compressed air to clear drain pipes located on both right front sides of sun roof.

your pressure tank is water logged drain water in tank then start pump, that should fix it. if it happens again down the road just drain tank again. reason is there is no bladder in the tank.

There is usually a pipe inside the machine. Depending on your machines configuration it may be in a side panel. Isolate the power and water. If you remove the tall front panel you should see inside a log silicone hose with a bung in the end. This is the drain tube. Pull it out from the machine, remove the bung and loosen the pipe clamp if fitted.

You need to install water hammer arrestors in your basement it prevents this, if you have them already there water logged. All u do is shut off your water to your house and drain it down to the lowest point....when its done draining u fill it back up again slowly. Your water hammer arrestors may have become water logged when the new shower was installed

There is a drain valve situated at the bottom and has a filter init, it is possible that this filter is choked and causing a slow flow. you also have a pump connected inline with the drain for pumping out the water. the pump also could be choked . Must remove and clean properly to remoe off all the waste particles logged on to the filtter and the pump. use a ggood spray to clean and reset. I am sure the fault will be cleared. hope this helps.
