Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
I have recently suffered problems conserning my Xbox 360 video. I was playing a match of COD: WaW when the display turned a tint of green. I thought maybe it was just this match and quit out. The second match I played was in a shade of purple. So I shut off my xbox and turned it back on only to find out that I'm not getting any picture at all. I hear the power on melody and the blades but get no picture. I am using component cables (green, blue, red, white, red) with my TV. I pluged them into the correct color plugs and didn't change the resolution (my TV supports 720 and it is set on that). I also made sure that the switch is on HDTV. I have tried switching TV's but the problem persists. This xbox has also suffered the rrod 2 years ago and was fixed through microsoft. I want to know if this is a cable problem or something internal before I spend $40 on new cables. Thanks
Its the video chip in the console buy a new console its not worth the cost or the hassle for the price of them these days
