Question about Frigidaire FRS26R4A Side by Side Refrigerator
I have shut off the supply line to the ice/water system, yet water continues to accumulate at the bottom of the freezer (approx. 8 oz. per day. This is a Fridgidaire side by side that we picked up used and it didn't do this at first. It started this after about a month.
Water is accumulating inside the bottom of the freezer and ends up on the floor. The model number is FRS26ZNHW3

Hi, The defrost drain behind the rear freezer panel is plugged. Remove the rear panel and clear the ice away from the drain. Then you will need to flush the drain hole with hot water to make sure it is open.
Some models require an after market drain heat kit.
Please get me your model # and I can look this up to let you know if you need that heat kit.
