Truck idles but once foot is off the throttle it is shutting off. What might be causing this?

Truck is throwing a misfire in cylinder 4 code. Also throwing a wrong engine oil code. We have replaced the coil pack, the spark plugs for that cylinder as well as the fuel injector. We also did a complete oil change with manufacture specific oil. Truck seemed okay but is now refusing to stay running and is still throwing these same codes. Any one have any ideas what could be wrong?

If it runs with the throttle slightly open, Clean the throttle body and IAC motor. Also check or replace the air filter. Break clean and a tooth brush works for the throttle. Takes a second or two to start. Then rev it and spray some break clean in the throttle. Not sure for the wrong engine oil code? What was it?

    The engine oil code was P1521

    I haven't run on to this code yet. But thinking, Have you've done a compression test on #4? Things I think of are. Bad rings, Too much compression in the crank case forcing more oil threw. Oil has never been changed causing sludge in the engine ( too little oil going threw it) And since it is a regulated system, could be a bad solenoid or sensor.
