Transmission loses power when pulling disk changed hydraulic filter motor was rebuilt year ago why im i lose power in transmission? ?

If this is a hydrostatic transmission on a lawnmower type garden tractor some power loss is expected. That just the nature of hydrostatic transmissions.

Severe slippage may not be the transmission itself but would the drive belt. These wear out over time along with the idler pulleys; especially the plastic v-idler pulleys. As the idler pulleys wear out is the same as lengthening the drive belt to a point where it slips. Even a new belt will if these pulleys are worn enough.

Mower won't go forward or backward

Is the hydrostatic drive disengaged? On some mowers there is a lever on the hydrostatic drive you can flip to disengage so the mower can be pushed or towed. Other possibility is a broken hydrostatic drive belt.

Drive train wont shift

is this unit a manual shift or an hydrostatic type? If it's a manual shift then it's either the linkage or the tranny itself. If it's hydrostatic it could be a number of things. Further investigations will have to be done here. Hydrostatic is just an hydraulic system with a wash plate and it's the angle of the wash plate that determines the direction and the speeds.

Running Eatons 700-011 hydrostatic transmission in Walker Ride-on Mower. Lose drive pressure and steering on one side when unit has been operating for 30 mins or so. Oil levels ok.

Hydraulic pressure regulator for that side could be going bad. Fluid pressure is being bypass from that circuit causing hydraulic pressure loss in drive and steering.

My Cub Cadet, 15 hrs, will not climb my hill when it is hot, it just stalls, no power to rear wheels, does fine when the tractor is cold, could it be the transaxle ?

Is this unit hydrostatic? If its belt driven it sounds like belt is heating up and stretching causing you to lose friction needed to drive. Have you checked belts?

When first start my husqvarna yth 150 runs fine goes up hills plenty of power after running for while starts loosing power wont go up hills will stll move on flat surface

Hi, it sounds like the hydrostatic drive is getting too hot. Remove the battery and battery cradle and clean all grass and debris from around the hydrostatic drive and cooling fins. Also check the fan wheel on the hydro is not damaged. Regards Phil.

I have just bought a ride on Electrolux mower and can start it but it want go forward. What havent I done to make it go?

I presume this is a unit with the hydrostatic drive (automatic, just step on a pedal). There should be a rod or lever, usually on the back of the mower, that will release the hydrostatic and let you push the mower by hand. This basically bypasses the system, and the mower will not move if this lever/rod is pulled. If someone had to push this mower to load or move it, chances are it's not been pushed back into operating mode.

I have a 275 GT garden tractor with hydrostatic trans mission the fluid got low an would not move I bought fluid from dealership an installed fluid moved back an forth went to check level would not move is...

If the fluid was low and the mower stopped moving the hydrostatic will most likely need rebuilding or replacing. If it only started slipping changing fluid migh have saved it. You can jack up the rear with the tires off the ground and let it run in gear for a few minutes then do the same in reverse. Do this several times if it can be saved it will start pulling slowly when it does make sure it is still full of fluid let it down and drive it or mow with it. It could just be an air lock in the trans.

Cub Cadet engine runs but, also will not go in forward or reverse

you didnt say what model this is, but i assume its hydrostatic because it has a drive shaft. is the hydrostatic unit filled with oil¿ if its ok, check the linkage from the pedal to the rearend (hydrostatic drive) make sure its not broken or loose.. if that l@@ks ok, check both ends of the drive shaft making sure the couplers are not broke and the drive shaft is ok. hope this helps.
