First determine if in fact the thermo is or is not shutting off. There is usually a little indicator as to when it calls for heat .so how do you know it's the thermostat. What type is it electronic or not. Also what type of heat hot water or forced air etc,need to know etc. if house to hot shut the heat off at your service switch,usually wall switch with a red cover.located on the heating unit or a hallway to basement on wall.
Try this old trick... take out any external things such as battery etc, and put the whole lot under some uncooked rice... The rice absorbs any water. Leave it there for a few days. If the circuitry isnt fried, then it could come back to life, ive done it before with phones.
You can also try it with a very VERY low oven heat.. Like 60C,( 140F)

Ive seen this problem recently.
It was the battery dying. Basically the pc needs a small amount of power from the battery, even when plugged into the mains.
Get a cheap one from ebay, $25.
The DM power supply board,probobally have those dying leakages gases about to be dead parts call capacitors.U have tools and know basic soldering?Tries website like Tvrepairworld.com to buy a capacitors kit,to replaced those dying capacitors belong in the DM power supply board.
I don't know what ISP you are with but it seems like it is the ISP that is redirecting you. I would say that the chances are that you need to add some credit to your account. Nothing you have described indicates a system error on your PC which leads me to conclude that you may have run out of credit.

Sounds like the high limit switch on the heater is kicking off. The flash is the switch shutting off the heating element. The only way to reset it is to turn unit off for about 5 minutes. Possible problems are: 1.) Bad thermostat 2.) blower motor not turning fast enough which means motor is bad.
