Que tal yo tambien tengo el mismo problema con mi tv insignia de 32¨ , mi problema es que la tv insignia no enciende a pesar de que la fuente genera todos los voltajes, al dar power el led cambia de rojo a azul pero no hace nada, como dije todos los voltajes estan presentes a la salida de la fuente, cambie todos los filtros de la fuente pero nada, gracias por su ayuda.

It sounds like the red LED is signifying a fault. Check your manual (or ring the manufacturer's support line) to find out what the red LED means.
If it does in fact signify a fault, file a fault with the manufacturer and return it to them under warranty (if you still have it).
