score along the seam with a razor knife just below the cover where the screws are you need to reach an 1/16th inch deep insert a screw driver into the rubber gromet where the power cord goes in and pry open the cover be very carefull not to use any of the insides as a lever and use finess not brute force

I have a rodgerblack gold treadmill ag-10302 when i switch it on at wall it trips the circut in my fuse box help please

1) please use a table lamp in connect in wall circuit. if the c.breaker trip again, the problem is your outlet wall. Call electrician or test the wires for touch each other or ground improperly, and fix it.
If the circuit is NOT trip, test the power cord for defective 2) test the main switch for shot circuit 3) test the c. breaker for defective 4) test the motor see the if the motor if short circuit see my personal TIPS for help motor , see the diagram attached. 5) test the output board, the board can be short circuit and replaced. Happy NEW YEAR God bless you

Breaker tripping

This could be a heating element issue. it could be a bad element. Disconnect the two leads going to the heating element and then turn the breaker back on. If it will run and not trip the breaker then you have found the problem.
On the heater tube there is a silver sticker that will have the information you need to identify what model heater you have and what the kw of the element is. It will either be 4 Kw or 5.5 Kw
You may contact us for more information about this or purchase the replacement element at www.uspartscenter.com

After pre heating oven, unit tripped the circut breaker. After re-setting breaker, all but the oven bake cycle worked. Now after about 2 hours, all seems fine. What caused the circut breaker to trip?

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

This indicates an open/shorted oven temperature sensor. To solve this problem the sensor needs replacement. If you wan to be sure before replacing the sensor then you can test it with a voltmeter for around 1100ohms....if it reads more then this then it needs replacement however, if the reading is around or less then 1100ohms then it is the control board that needs replacement. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Compressor will not start without tripping breaker?

Circut breakers trip due to a short circut or an overload. In this case the likely cause is an overload. If your compressor is drawing more amperage than the breaker is designed to allow, the breaker trips for safety. Possible solutions. Try using a different outlet with fewer appliances or tools on that circut. If the outlet you are using is on a circut that also has lighting, appliances etc, each item is drawing amps, the addition of the compressor to the circut is pushing the amp limit over the top. You can also try a heavier duty extension cord. If you are using an extension that is rated too low for the required amperage your breaker will trip. If you are not using an extiension cord you may need to talk to an electrician about adding another circut to service your tool and garage needs.
Another possiblity is that your service is not upgraded enough. If you have a 60amp service for the house you might want to talk to an electrician about upgrading to 100amp or more.

LG LRM2060ST trips circuit breaker sometimes

needs to have circuit of its own rated @ 20 amps powered by # 12-2-wg wire , also very good idea to plug into a good surge protector to protect its control board, as any computer the boards are very susceptible to spike voltage caused by lightning and power problems , as to how it worked before , breakers vary a little in the amount of current it takes to trip them with age , the number of time they have to be reset and heat they have been subjected to over a period of time so it is not unusual for say one 20 amp breaker to trip @ 16 and another @19 for example also the length of wire between the breaker and the appliance can effect the trip range
