I have a zte Rapido . In the past five days about six times while talking on the phone after a few minutes the person on the other line couldn't hear me any more. Do you know what could cause this?

I've seen this happen with corrosion that damaged only the calling part apparently. If you're not inssured you can open it up and look for it, should be visible. If you want to clean it, don't use any solvents or non distilled water. an eraser works sometimes. Good luck

if you have tried raising the volume while on a call and you still have the same trouble then I'm afraid your earpiece has failed and you will need to take it to a tech and have the earpiece replaced

remove the batery with out turn it off that may restore the default settings

the vibrator can be replaced and then you need to have the flexcable replaced.....this will correct the issue
