SOURCE: Problem with primer bulb
Reverse the line connections at the primer bulb. Look carefully, the long port has the line going to the tank, the short port on the bulb will connect with the fuel line to the carb.

May be broken fuel lines. Check the gas tank. I have a 30cc craftsman leaf blower model 316794990 that stopped working all the sudden. filled the tank with new 40:1 gas (looked like the neighbor's kid had filled it with regular gas when he finished last week-glad i looked before i starter her up!). Labeled the gas cans and then started the blower. she ran for a while then shut down. opened the fuel tank again and noticed the fuel lines (one green/blue, one orange) had broken off the connector in the fuel tank wall. SO, if you see loose fuel lines in your gas tank, you''ll need to order the fuel tank assembly. $25 plus shipping. i have one one the way and called to verify that it includes the fuel lines. Good luck.

Sounds like you have dirt in carburetor.
Check the fuel lines for cracks/breaks. If they are o.k., then:
You will need to disassemble the carburetor and spray with carb.cleaner.Make sure the small screen is free of debris. (Should be able to see daylight through it.)
Use a Den Tek Brush, (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=165357&catid=1152),to clean the small portals in carb. These portals can become blocked. Reassemble and start.
If the carb. parts are more than 4 years old, you may have to replace them.
If you need further assistance on:
1. Fuel line replacement or
2. Carburetor kit replacement
Just let me know.
