Check the entire engine wiring harness, somewhere there is a wire or wires that are pinched or have rubbed through and grounded to the metal of the chassis, pay close attention where the wires move a lot. There is no quick fix, just careful examination for damaged wires. Obtain a wiring diagram and trace down the circuit that the fuse powers would also be very helpful.
