Question about American Standard 4275.550.002 ColonySoft Gooseneck Kitchen Faucet w/Two M
Same problem. American Standard website has parts breakdown but no instructions on how to remove the spout. Does it screw off? Do you have to use a plastic wedge and pop it off? I'm looking at scrapping a $100 faucet for a $0.50 o-ring. If that happens, it'll be a cold day in hell before I buy another American Standard product.
At the spout near the base is an echeion ring. turn this counterclock wise then pull up ring to expose the neck, pull spout straight up.this echeion cap holds on the spout to the base there are plastic parts inside so be careful when pulling apart.
