I will need you to unplug the refrigerator and open the back panel in rear of freezer to look at the evaporator coil. If you could do that then we can start to find out why your refrigerator is not cooling properly. Let me know if you want my help as there are some test and things I need you to have a look at. Thank You Sea Breeze

- There is also a control board on the back of your refrigerator I want you to have a look at both sides. Part number WR55X10774 The thermostat on your refrigerator is electronic and every control function comes from the mother board. There is a control board inside the fresh food compartment, but at this time. Checking the freezer coils and the board on the back are the best solution to locating the problem. The board on the back looks like the one in photo below. But there are no photos yet of the board number WR55X10774 If you have the refrigerator unplugged I need you to examine both sides of the board for burn marks, signs of heat or loose solder. Below shows a defective control board. Let me know if you need my help and please rate my solutions, Thanks Sea breeze
Please check the thermostat and replace the same in case it is defective and this results in poor cooling or there is a refrigerant leak in your unit and refrigerant to be filled to make it function normal. I am sure the compressor is in running condition. In case the freezer compartment is filled with frozen ice it should be defrosted to increase the cooling efficiency and this would automatically chill your refrigerator!
