I would simply advise that you IGNORE/DELETE that message. It could be some type of scam. I have never heard of "Facebook lottery." It definitely does NOTsound on the up and up to me.
Above all else, please do NOT give out ANY personal information about yourself!! That is how con artists and scammers start - by telling you that you "won a lottery", or that you "came into some unexpected money," but they are going to "need money from you to give you 'your' [non-existent] money."
You may want to do some type of formal checking with Facebook, if you feel unsure about this purported "lottery."
Personally, I don't know how to communicate with the people that do actually work at Facebook, but there may be something on your FB page? (But please DON'T go through "Carol Jane McNeely!" (-')
Besides, you can't "win" a lottery that you never entered to begin with, if you understand what I'm saying?
This is spam. For your privacy and security, do not send them any information about you. If you received this message via Facebook Messenger, you can click the gear icon and click Report. They will be reported as possible spam and eventually not be able to contact others.
Hi Vpviral, Hope your name is not what it says. If you get it we'll share! Somehow I don't think you will. Ah well I'm down 250,000 Pounds, Shame I could have done with that. Regards Johngee10
use [email protected] as the user name. Username is usually the email address unless you register using a mobile phone in which case your mobile number is your username. Hope this solution has been helpful?
You will most probably find it on your sons local PC. Email adresses and often visited webpages are often configured in the Webbrowser history. Check everything and you will find it.
