You need to ring up your network provider and ask them for your PUK. you will have to answer security question. or your puk should be on your sim pack that you first got with your sim

I have the same problem but how do i noe my puk code ??????

If you have entered a pin code more than 3 times the phone will ask for a puk code
if you keep trying and enter the puk code wrong more than 5 times then you burn out the sim and there is NO return
you must replace the sim

SOURCE: my sim got blocked
Hi If you still have the sim card pack, you will find the PUK number on there, you must enter this number, If you do not have your sim pack, you must phone your service provider, and get your PUK number from them, after entering the PUK number, your phone will ask you for a new PIN number, you can use your phone after you have done this. You will not loose your numbers, they will still be there Hope this helps you Regards
