Question about Intel D845GVSR Motherboard
I was installing memory in my Emachines C2825 PC and I mistakenly disconnected the 3 power connections to the mother board. One connection is labeled (HDD LED, it is Red & white), the next connection is labeled (Power SW, it is black & white) and the last connection is Labeled (Power LED, it is green & white). These three connections go to the Power button and Hard Drive LED on the front of the PC. Can anyone direct me to a picture that shows where these get connected? I went on the Emachines site and also spoke to a customer rep, but they were of no help. Thank you
I've built a PC myself, each connector had text on it to say what it was and one arrow on it in relief, don't know wether that indicated plus or minus anymore.
Anyway, I recommend you just plug them in, and try to boot the PC. If it doesn't boot, switch the Power SW connector around, then it should boot. Do the same with the LED connectors, and it should work just fine!
