Okay, so if there is not beeps of such......
If you can remember the last time you started up your PC or had it running, did you have a power surge?

Try taking out the BIOS Clock (Watch battrie)
for a day or so, then it should be drained... Replace it you might hear beep, if you screencomes on make your processor clock is back around it avrg state if not "Load with optimized default" Option on BIOS. Best bet.
