I have the same problem the dispense door won't close

I have the same problem with My Samsung double door refrigerator. The ice dispense door won't close letting warm air into the fridge building up a lot of ice. Tried to close the door manually by applying pressure but afraid to push too hard it might break. Wanted to disassemble the front panel to get to the door but not sure how. Thank you for your advise.
