Recently purchased my phone at a flea market now I'm unable to activate my used Moto G due to (being Lost or stolen) imei lock, can you help please?

buying phones at flea markets is buying stolen phones or junk
check with the local police first then take it to your service provider , get a new sim card and have it activated

To unlock it from a provider, you need a sim from the provider and an unlock code from them. They won't give out any code for a stolen phone. There are sites on the net, that give out codes for a fee. It is not legal, so you won't find it easy, and not every code they sell works.

Have you gone to Motorola.Com and downloaded your phone's manual? It's sure to be in there, if it's possible in the base phone.

We can not track your cell phone from here. Call your service provider (Verizon, AT&T ect.) and tell them it was lost or stolen and you want them to lock it. They will ask for your IMEI # and will send a signal out locking it and preventing anyone from using it.

This type of lock is called a Subsidy block. Carriers have placed these locks to keep phones that were lost or stolen from being reactivated. If you have your receipt, you can call the carrier for the unlock code. However, they will require information, such as the IMEI code and SIM card # to determine if this phone has ever been reported lost or stolen. That said, you will not get the unlock code until that carrier completes their research (48-72 hrs). That is only if the phone is not lost or stolen.
