Check the security system it can shut off the starter and or fuel systems is there a code flashing or theft light blinking after key is turned ....it has a boot up file per/say

It could be the fuse . You pull the fuse an look at it , is it blown ? Or use a volt meter an check . On top of the fuse are little metal tab's , touch red + positive lead to those tab's , an black lead to ground . Does the meter show battery voltage on both tab's ? If not fuse is blown . That's a lot to ask of someone that probably has no idea what i'm talking about . Do you know what a blown fuse looks like ?

im not sure the number but it should be marked on the under side of the lid of the fuse box cover

You may have a bad switch or some electrical problem with that.
Check to see if you have a separate fuse just for the driver seat on your fuse box by looking at the diagram on the fuse box cover.
I think it there is a fuse it would control both sides.
Take it in to an auto electric place, they would be able to solve your problem quickly.

CHECK FOR INSIDE FUSE BOX AS SOMETIMES THEY ARE SEPERATED FUSE BOX INTERIOR & POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX UNDER HOOD.

most are tided together with the cig. lighter ,look in fuse box for radio, or cig. lighter. some radios have a inline fuse on them ,the radio has to be removed to run the wire down with the fuse link on it, try the fuse box first for cig.light ,hope this is some help to you, thanks robert b.

There should be a printed list on the inside of the fuse boxes, as well as in the owners manual. There is one box under the hood, and another on the right side of the console near the passenger's feet.
