Question about Kenmore 24032\24036 Top Load Washer
Hello, this is a common problem with Kenmores, sounds like it's going to be you lids switch..A way to test this diagnosis is to bypass the lid switch. For some reason the model number you supplied is incomplete and is coming back as a gas dryer when i try to check for the type of lid switch this model has. Only other thing that could cause this is a bad motor coupling..but then you would hear the motor humming when going through its cycles. after bypassing the lid switch you find the switch bad make sure you replace it...it's there for a reason. If you have any other questions or cioncerns please feel free to comment...Good Luck!!
