I tried these keys and they don't work so my recovery CDs are useless , any way to get these to work?
If you are trying to boot into bios you can also try f10, ESC,DEL and f11. If you are trying to boot too cd try hitting the enter key. I will usually start hit the key at 1 sec intervals from the time i turn the pc on. Some pc manufacturers will have alternate keys that you have to hit to boot into bios. Once in the bios you can set the cd drive as first boot. once that is done just keep taping the enter key until you see something different on the screen. Here are some links to try and help.

Some newer pc will have a recover partition witch you can get to by the boot selection screen. I have also seen many pc that you have to make a recovery disk first. If you don't, you won't have a easy way to recover the pc.
If you still need more help Please leave me a comment here with the model number and type of pc. I am assuming it is a dell.

It would seem as the hard drive is corrupted. The reinstal sometimes hangs as it puts files onto the pc.The restore can take a few hours to do so.The blue screen should have numbers at the bottom. You may have to take it to a local repair shop. Here is a link to see if it helps. You should be able to figure out why you got the blue screen. just copy and paste it to your browser address bar.http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/e...
Hi Dustin,,,Ive done reinstalls before and it never took that long so I stopped it. If I could turn back time lol I wouldn't of even started it and I would have my computer. So my hard drive went bad? And if I change it,it would take away the blue screen? I swear I had this awhile ago but I don't remember how I got out of it. Sad part is I just change my CD ROM a few days before this happened,,sighs
Hit not helpful by mistake don't know how to change it.
