Do you mean the C.P.U. usage monitor is displaying high or close to 100 % when playing games or vidios? If so this is fairly normal as the processor takes up tasking to maximise fast vidio framing especialy at higher resolutions. These processes are complex and long winded but I would not worry about it as it is normal. Just make sure that you supply any computer with as mutch ventilation as possiblee.
try changing the format of whatever it is. if it is a game, then try it on another xbox. if it works then its the xboxs fault. if the CD still doesnt work, then you might wanna get a different game. still if it isnt a game and its a mp3 or soemthing, then look for formats that the 360 supports
I don't know who makes your printer, but most manufacturers have these drivers on their websites, simply download and install them. You may not get any extras that were packaged with the starter cd, but you should be able to run the printer.
you need to check the system requirement s and then go to our start menu, click run on the right hand side, and type in dxdiag and that will show you whether or not the correct sytem requirements for the fulll game. i think its most likely your graphics card in my opinion. but you will have to go down the list one by one and compare with the requirements to find out.
No you prolly dont have a warranty at all. I dont on my refurbished disk. As far as the game not playing it has to do something with the Cd. Alot of times the people that sell the disk send it through a certain kind of scanner and it erases or screws up the CD somehow. U might wanna take it back and get it replaced if its not to late.
