Question about Sprint BlackBerry 8703e Phone
I tried installing an app on my new BB 8703e using the provided desktop manager. The first two i tried had some error and failed. The third try was the charm but now my BB is stuck in a 30 sec. rebooting loop. It lights up to an hourglass, then cycles keypad lights, LED and each turn off... repeat. Whats happening?
If you installed them from any site other than blackberry.com, the app is a 3rd party program and as tech support reps we always recommend to customers that they do not download and install them, as we dont support them, and they can cause problems with the phone. i would honestly suggest removing the application with the desktop manager, then if that doesn't help, reload the handheld software for the phone.
