Ask puk i enter it's all good then ask for new password i re-afirm password says wrong puk wtf

PUK code is a SIM specific code assigned by your service provider so call Customer care and state the problem then they will ask for some codes written on you SIM card. Few people use PIN locking system to lock their phone to avoid un-authorised access. Though this is a good option, it ****** you off sometime. Three wrong entry of PIN code will result in SIM blocking. Once SIM gets blocked, phone starts asking PUK code to enter. If you again enter wrong code for three times, SIM gets completely blocked. You have to walk into your service provider outlet to get a replacement SIM card.

if you forget your phone lock password so don't panic. first type wrong password more time (maybe cellphone allow wrong pass 12 time) so your cellphone goes sim card lock and ask about PUK number so call your service provider customer care and ask about your PUK than enter PUK in your cellphone and type new password. thats it

After you enter the password wrong 3 times, the phone will ask for a puk code, to get this puk code call your phone service provider, only the owner of the sim card will be able to obtain the code from the service provider. There is no way of getting the puk code since it is a random number generated by your network operator when the sim card made for you. if you enter the puk code wrong too many times you will have to get a new sim card as the sim card will kill itself when the code has been entered wrong 10 times.
