I had the same problem replaced the board still no go. In my case it turned out to be the drain pump. Nothing wrong with it but a small bit of grit that although difficult to see was impeding the impeller

There is a fill control switch. It will ususlly be up high in the machine with a small tube going to it. Pull the tube off it and blow the tube clear. Attach a piece of tube to the control and blow in that too, the switch should click. If you can, check around inside where the tube attaches to the washer to make sure there is no debris there.
