Question about Soltek SL-75FRN2-L Motherboard
I have same problem, My previous CPU has broken (AMD Duron) then I change to AThlon XP 2400, I already try to change the memory but it doesn't works. Sometime I got display in monitor of AGP booting, but when it enter the BIOS then can not continue and off. Power of CPU still on
Hello indra sampoe,
Remove the CMOS Battery for about 30 seconds then reinsert it. It is the OVER-SIZED watch battery on the motherboard.
I also found a BIOS update for your mobo. I do not know what version your BIOS is but here is a link. http://www.bioticaindia.com/sl-75frn2-l.html
Please read here: http://www.pchell.com/hardware/beepcodes.shtml
It states under Standard Original IBM POST Error Codes Continuous beep Power supply, system board, or keyboard problem

Here are some of the things I do when I toubleshoot a motherboard:
1) Never use anything with a USB connection(i.e. Keyboard, mouse. etc) unless thats all you have. Use a keyboard and mouse that have PS/2 connections(round) Purple and Green.
2) Remove ALL standalone/3rd party/aftermarket components(i.e. Graphics cards, sound cards, network cards, etc etc)
3) Use the onboard video connector on the motherboard itself. VGA is the Blue connection on the I/O panel. If you have DVI(which your motherboard does NOT) it will be white.
This should get you back on track. Please repost with any issues that still may need to be solved.
