Code 39 cannot operate my cd/dvdw

cannot load device drivers code 39, I need to check with my systems administrator. system is either corrupted or missing.

- I already had this problem fixed by you guys, I now have another problem, Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
