Unable to print50 and unable to clean 50

actually I always encounter these problem, as of now I have no solution here, but I think this problem are mechanical problem or there are problem on the main board, and if you remove the connection of the switch beside or under of the motor of the belt of printer head, the error is unable to print50, OR try to clean your encoder strip, and the sensor also,.

chack power supply.AC addpater output.

If there is no direct symptom of paper jam and still you cannot do printing properly, find whether it is because of drum problem. If the paper gets into the end gear of the rotating drum and gets stuck there, you cannot access the printing function. Switch off your printer and check the plastic arms of the printer drum. If there is any paper piece jammed in any of the arms, you can't continue printing. Here also cleaning is the best method to solve the problem. While cleaning, check the arms of the rotating drum.

try resetting the print jobs from your computer printer que and also resetting all jobs from the printer side also good luck

1. First, clean your printer. Get some spray-n-wipe cleaner and a clean cloth and clean the entire inside of the printer. Also ensure your paper isn't dirty. Now print a test page. Does the symptom persist?
2. Remove all jammed paper. Check the paper tray first. Look closely at the paper rollers nearest where the paper exits the printer; this is a common source of jams. If you’re trying to print labels, they will often jam just before exiting the printer.
3. Try to print a test page. Does the printer still jam? If you can find no source of the jamming, check the printer's message display window and refer to your user’s manual to look up the printer error code.

WONT PRINT UNABLE TO PRINT , PAPER JAM

my brother mfc-440cn printer says, "unable to print 51" on the screeen after if off (which it woudn't let me do. I had to unplug it. It just won't work.

you have to fix the encoder strip into right position within the ph carrier! do push the head left/right to see if there are waves infront of it. if so, fix the strip into position!

BTW:

If you refill your carts use 2ml glycerol (from drugstore) with 10ml dye-ink: mix well before refilling. For bk use 1,5ml glycerol with 20ml bk dye-ink.

The glycerol prefents the ph/nozzels and tubesystem from drying up!

does it say an error after "unable to print",what lights? are all inks good?, is there any bits of torn paper inside where head and carriage side up and down?
