After loading with a key I get an error that says I have no product

If you are using the product key on the underside of the laptop, this is almost certainly the code for your installation of Microsoft Windows, which is your Operating System and does not include Microsoft Office. Consequently, this code will not activate your Office installation.

The existing Office installation is likely to have been a trial version that was installed as part of the package when the laptop was new. You need to acquire a valid product key for the version of Microsoft Office you require, in order for it to properly activate.

Alternatively, you can install a non-Microsoft product, such as Open Office (www.openoffice.org), which is completely free of charge (although you can make voluntary donations to support continued development of the software.

easy go to www.mynorton.com and go to down loads. reinstall. if you have already opened an account and you know the user name and password you can get the key and down load from the product page. if you dont have this available to you and have the key you can down load 360 and enter the key manualy. twenty minuts and you will be on your way.

This error msg would appear if your using a counterfeit operating system. To remove this message, you have to activate your windows.

Is there any error message? Try to launch your QuickBooks by holding the CTRL key until it fully load. If it's still the same, try to repair your QuickBooks.

I have downloaded maps and no product key was asked for, why do u think it should have a product key? it did ask for the model number and that is all, the maps are for all the GPS's made my the manufacturer of your unit, if certain info is required it will ask, otherwise just follow the on screen instructions as they appear.
