Toshiba 310cds windows '98

hi sir/ma'am:\
gud afternoon 4:09 in the philippines,.,may i ask about my laptop, it seems that i can't ind a drive for my audio. when my laptop is formatted the audio was removed and now i am finding it hard to put it back because of the installer that must be for pentium 1, windows '98 as what my laptop is described to be an old model of toshiba, how can i fix it? and also about its usb, i can't install my flashdrive, and also i can transfer my files through a memory card reader to the laptop but i can't return it back to thge memory card when i needed it to be transferred. please reply soon. i badly needed it, thanks a lot ..
