my laptops battery is not getting charged even though the ac power supply is on.as soon as i remove it from charging it gets off automatically.and when i am clicking on the battery icon its showing" 0% battery, not charging" something like that.
can you please help as i am not able to work without plugging in the power supply.

Hi Jasbir, Laptop batteries only have a set life span and if your battery does not hold charge the only solution is topurchase another battery. You will find the cheapest way to do this is to search the computer section of ebay [laptop assessories ]
and find the battery for your laptop model.
