if u did not set any password just leave it blank then you can log in to your account

let it get to the user log-in screen, hold down Ctrl and Alt and hit the Del key twice, a new log-in screen should appear, in the top box type administrator and leave the password blank and click ok.

Hi,
Pls remove the Hard Drive and connect with another working PC as secondary .Login through administrator and open the drive where the OS installed which one not able to login and follow the path.
Windows/system32/config/SAM file
delete the SAM file .after that connect the Hard drive as Primary and check hope fully it will resolve.
