Question about Washing Machines
I moved a little over a year ago, bringing my washer and dryer with me. Since then, my Admiral Capacity Plus Clothes Washer, which worked perfectly since I purchased it new in 2002, ends each cycle with a loud squeal. Also, the inner tub seems to be crooked, leaning a bit to the right. Whether I have straigtened it back up or not, I still hear the squeal at the end of each cycle. I checked to see whether the washer might not be level, but it is level, and I asked a couple of appliance repair guys sent by the home warranty company (to work on other things) what they thought: Both said the squeal was normal. I told one I found that hard to believe since I never had that problem until the move, but he insisted that he was right and that I ''don't know what (I'm) talking about''.
My problem with my washing machine is that it take long to drain out the water.
