Password what is the default password for linksys wireless-g wrt54gs router

Normally,default username and password of Linksys router are 'admin' .
or
username can be blank and password is 'admin'.

I think ,you must refer to your wireless router support manual. It can vary depending on your router brand or model . You can also visit online to check model no and their default login details.

Unfortunately, you can't find your Wireless Access Code of your router without knowing the password to access your router configuration. It is because, you can only see the Wireless Access Code by going to the router configuration page and in order to go to the router configuration page, you should know the router password.

You should reset your router to default. In order to do this, you can press the Reset button at the back of your router for 30 seconds. Then you can try to use the user name "admin" and password is "blank" or password or admin as well.

For linksys router by default there's no username and password is admin, and if that is not working try some of your commonly use password and see if that will work, if still no password is working the only to correct everything is to reset the router by pressing the reset button of the router for 10 seconds using a pen while power is ON and then after resettnmg password will be back to admin so you can reconfigure it back...

1. Make sure that your game console is wi-fi/wireless ready.
2. Check the wireless settings (SSID, Wireless Security) which are configured in your router. To do that you need to access your router's setup page.
3. Launce IE from the computer connected to the router and type 192.168.1.1 which is the default IP address of Linksys routers. Then, it will open a window asking for a username and password. By default, there is no username. Type admin on the password field.
4. Once you're in the router's user interface, click WIRELESS tab. Take note of the SSID or wireless network name.
5. Then, click on a sub tab called Wireless Security. You will find there the type of security enabled in the router as well as the security key.
6. These settings such as SSID and wireless security should be configured to your game console in order for it to connect to your wireless network through the Linksys router.
