How do I load the stapler?

No you don't. We answer most things here.

If the stapler is like any of these

You push the back in slightly to unlatch it and then drop it down a bit and the staple pusher comes out completely.

Fires when air is plug in,driver stays out.

Most likely problem is the firing valve (tva6), easy to replace and not expensive. Good time to remove the head and lube headvalve with white grease. For now be sure to remove the nails after use and install nails after air connected. Good luck

Rather than try to repair it or look into it, call the dealer or take it back to him as you will invalidate your warranty if you do anything to the unit, and that is not worth it. Let the dealer worry about it.

Miss fire or fireing two at a time how to fix?

first check for the proper guage nails, then look for a jammed nail in the magazine area and also a bent driver and lastly make sure that when fired the piston retracts fully all the above will cause the misfire.

Nailer fires first nail successfully but next nail jams. It appears the part that retracts after each nail is ejected does not retract all the way so the next pack does not load properly. Have cleaned and...

first make sure you are using the right guage nails. then I would look at the condition of the driver to make sure not bent, also look for a broken nail in the magazine area which will also cause this, lastly does the piston/driver "fall" in the cylinder?? there should be some resistance against the o ring, if not then it could also cause your described problem,

I can get he gun to shoot 1 nail but won't load the next nail?

There is a small piston on the side of the magazine that pushes the feeding claw which pushes the next nail into place. Either the feeding claw or piston is stuck or the piston is worn out and needs to be replaced.

Bostitch nail gun loss of pressure, won't fire nail

Hello. I can help you. The nail gun you have uses 18 gauge brads. I would use only original Bostitch 18 gauge.

The one MM of difference you mention is the reason why you do not have the pressure you did have. Get rid of those 31MM brads and get the 18 gauge. Home Depot carries the Bostitch line. I would go there or to homedepot.com
