It could be a couple of things.
1.Buy a plug tester from Home depot or Lowe's start from the one that works and move over to the ones that don't work. The Plug tester will tell you what wire is lose. Most of the time its just wire nut. BEFORE WORKING ON WIRES MAKE SURE YOU TURN OFF POWER AND UNPLUG BATTERYS. Power must been on to use plug tester.
2. lose wire it could be the neutral", from the power inverter
Or in one of the j-boxes of the plugs.
If this doesn't work let me know.

SOURCE: where is my 1991 holiday rambler travel trailer converter
I had a similar problem on my 1995 Holliday Rambler Aluminalite 29 foot travel trailer with the similar layout of your trailer. My converter was only putting out 12.28 Volts DC. I fount the converter under the front of the trailer. (facing the front of the trailer, just right of center about 8" back)
There was a pannel with screws on the underbelly. I could hear the humm of the transformer. I removed the cover and found the red wire from the converter to a stud nut was loose. Tightened the nut and now I have 13.29 Volts DC.
Regards.

Hi, I know it sounds simple but sometimes its the simplist things that get you. Check your earth, as it sounds as if this may be causing the problem.
SOURCE: i plugged a hair dryer
Your hair dryer, plus whatever else is running on that circuit, is too much for the circuit in your room. I assume somebody reset the breaker between the two times this happened. When the outlet stopped working, what other things stopped working? You might have better luck if you switch those things off first. Or you might use the hair dryer at a lower setting. Or you might try a lower powered hair-dryer. good luck
