If this is in reference to the "F21" error code on a Kenmore Elite front loader, the bottom panel is directly below the door. It comes off by removing the screws under the bottom front edge. With the screws removed, the panel will drop down, then come off.

NOTE: You may have to prop the two front feet of the washer up for better access (a 2 x 4 works well for this).

"F21" is a Long Drain error code, which usually means the drain pump reservoir is clogged with debris, the drain lines are obstructed, or the drain is not working. The following link explains:

If this is not what you are talking about, or if you have questions about this repair, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

My Bosch 300 does not have a little round plate nor a square plate below my drum opening on the exterior of the washer like many posters have indicated. How do I get access to my drain filter?

These Bosch machines are similar to some Kenmore washers (he4t). You can remove the lower front cover. Behind this cover, you will find a white plastic housing that has a s tree off cover. Be ready with a catch pan! Remove this cover and water and collected debris will come pouring out in a large gush. If this becomes clogged, the washer may send error codes and fail to spin and drain properly. You can fish out additional debris with your fingers before replacing the cap and the lower front cover.

Wssh300g2ww won't drain

Tip this on its side and look from underneath. You should be able to see better what is holding it on there. Every washer is different and everyone makes you swear when working on it.

Every time we wash there is water leaking, not sure were the water is coming from. i have checked the hose.

Hi.

Check that the leak is not coming from inlet valve itself. If the leak is from underneath the washer check drain pump hoses. You may need to disassemble the washer pulling up the top panel and accessing the drain pump at the bottom to find the leak.

Kenmore front load washer is leaking water from soap

We had a similar problem with water coming out of the soap dispenser when the washer was run. I assumed that it was a problem with the water draining as everyone else posted here. I took off the front panel, got rid of the junk and drained it. Although this was great, it did not solve the original problem. It turns out that there was a sock stuck in between where the water comes out of the soap dispenser and in to the main compartment. Pulled it out with a needle nose plier and good to go. Thanks to everyone for their input here.

Control locked how to unlock

Sometimes fiddling with the machine controls you can get it to release. By fiddling I'm talking about selecting a cycle and then trying to cancel by hitting the cancel/stop/pause button. If this does not work and unplugging the machine does not work, you are going to have to manually do this.

First, unplug the machine. Next, at the bottom of the machine is a toe panel. Under the panel are typically 2-4 screws. Remove these screws (either 1/4 or 9/32 nut driver) and place the toe panel aside. Now, you can reach up underneath the door lock assembly which should be on the right side of the washer door (opposite side of the door hinges). You will have to feel around, but u can pull down on a plastic "catch" or lever. This will unlock the door!

Maytag Neptune MAH6700AWW cant find door release

thats a good one, lookin up the service manual, it appears that your particular model has a manual release on hte lower section of hte latch assembly itself, and the only way to gain access to it, is to open the door boot/bellow, but obviously with the door locked that's not going to happen, i would try to gain access from underneath but by the looks of it that to is also closed off (solid bottom). id does show a model with a separate access panel(lower 1/4 of front of machine) however i am to assume that your unit has 1 solid front panel no access to remove.sorry i couldnt have better news. And the "pull" in the dispenser is no tere previous neptune frontloaders not pertaining to your machine at all!
