I received a new on/off switch for my Ryobi BT3100 table saw. Does anyone know the wire config to hook it up? There's 2 white and 2 black wires. Thanks.

The white wires go on one side of the switch and the black wires go on the other side of the switch.

There are 4 red wires going into the switch also a yellow and a blue. The 4 red wires all have power going through them in 5th gear but when I switch to the other gears only the two middle wires have power.

Motorguide model ht24 looking for wiring diagram to rewire switch

If the insulation is burnt off the main wiring you have a severe short. DO NOT TRY TO USE. Unless your a qualified electrician or motor repair tech, take it to one to have it repaired or by a new one.

I bought a used trolling motor (motorguide brute 750 50# thrust) it has a 12-24 volt selector switch and three wires to hook up to battery, a black, a white, and a red. i'm assuming on 12v setting of...

the black wire goes to - and the red goes to + for 12 volts. If you want 24 volts you need to add another battery and run a jumper wire from the - of the first battery to the + of the second battery and hook the white wire to the - of the second battery. Here is a picture to help you.
