Turn the laptop off and manually turn it over, there should be a screw covered panel on the bottom of the laptop, un screw the screws securing the panel, then check inside that there is a chip. Your probably going to find a 200pin chip there in one or two slots, that is your ram memory, just replace it with what ever type ram is corrrect for your computer.
