I'm guessing you have a presta valve on your bike. You need to loosen the small nut on top of the valve, just like the way you have to put air in the tire. Turn it by hand counter clockwise until it stops. Tap it once. You can not push your gauge onto the valve. Make sure you go on straight or you can cause the air to come out of the tire.

Hope this helps!

Tyre presure

The pressures should be listed in your manual depending on the type of tyres (tires?) you're using. Set this pressure and away you go. It will list details of what to change if you have a pillion passenger but as far as I'm aware the pressure quoted should work both with and without

How do i reset my tire presure light

It should go off on its own when the tire that is low on pressure is refilled. You will need a gauge to verify the tire pressure. If the light does not go out after refilling all the tires, including the spare, you may have a defective tire monitoring module in one of the wheels that is defective.

Hi, Just hired a Bluemotion Polo 1.2 TDI. There is an amber warning light on that is an exclamation mark in an inverted horseshoe type shape with a jagged line at the bottom. Any ideas please....

tire pressure light. check all tire presures and set according to specification on door jamb (not the maximum tire pressure on tire). If all tire pressures are fine, a tire pressure sensor may be bad.

Its a 1995 chevy k1500 5.7 when in park my oil presure reads fine but when i put it in gear my oil presure drops down to almost stalling

This is odd but somewhat normal. This is the way the electronic gauges register. You can try to replace the oil sender to see if it registers different but as long as it shows some increase in pressure when you rev up you should ok. When you put in gear the RPMS on the tach will drop , thus reducing oil pressure. Also, not knowing when you changed the oil last you may just have worn out motor oil.

1995 saturn has spark but no fuel power and no injector pulse

I would check the fuel pump an easy way to do it is have someone in the car and someone listining by the left rear tire. The first thing you do is turn the key on but not engage the starter listen for a wirring sound by the left rear tire for about 3 seconds every time the key is turned on if there is no sound the pump is not working. if it works i would change the fuel filter, and then take a fuel presure gauge and hook it up on the end of the fuel rail there should be a port there. If you have decent fuel presure then check the injecors for fuel if still not working check computer

What should be the correct presure for the tires 205X55 R16 on my Toyota Corolla 2010.

there should be a sticker on the driver's door well which tells you what the pressure should be for the front and the rear.
I believe your car has sensors so try to find a digital tire gauge.
I bought one just for vehicles with tire pressure sensors.
