LOW WIRELESS SIGNAL STRENGTH

Sometimes you may get a false low signal strength indication, but here's something to try anyway.

Imagine if we lived in a society where all TV signals came in on the same channels.
If you are watching channel 11, but 3 other TV stations in your area are also broadcasting on channel 11 along with the one you want to watch, it takes a lot more effort to get the information you want from the one station you are trying to watch.

So lets say you and your TV station strike up a deal, and they move to channel 6...and nobody else in the area is on channel 6...great, now you can watch your program effortlessly.

Wireless can be like that, and most routers are factory configured to channel 11, which means there may be a lot of routers in your area on channel 11 besides you!
Look in your router manual or pdf guide or whatever instructions you have for your router, and change the wireless channel.
Most routers are accessed through your browser by putting in the address http://192.168.X.1 where X is either 0, 1 or 2. The login is almost always admin, and unless you changed it, either leave the password blank, or use the words admin or password as the password.
I have found in the past that you can go from poor signal with frequent disconnects, to full signal strength at the highest speed and no disconnects, just by choosing a better channel (and yes, I usually pick 6 first, and only try others if necessary).
This especially helps if the device you are trying to connect has an unsophisticated wireless component, such as a wireless printer.

How to resolve TV tuning issues?

Check the orientation of the antenna. Try to rotate it, and see whether the signal strength varies. If the signal strength is too weak, digital channels will show many problems. Try a signal booster. Contact any service technician. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

My tv says digital channel strength is low

Hello
If you are using this TV with Cable connection, the strength of cable signal is low. Contact the cable operator and ask him to put a signal booster at your premises. If you are using it with On Air transmissions receiving, include an antenna signal booster at the mast of your yagi antenna on roof. OK

Sharp digital tv cannot receive digital signal

This television would benefit from an hdtv indoor outdoor amplified antenna not obstructed by trees, aluminum, bricks, and etc. Make sure the signal type is air and not cable and complete a channel scan during primetime tv hours after connecting to this antenna. Buy a large one that you can mount to the wall usually in a large flat box on the shelf in the store. Philips has one sold at Walmart.

My TV says "DIGITAL CHANNEL STRENGTH IS LOW" even though it is connected to a RCA ANT1450 antenna.

I just looked at a TV last night for this. I don't know what you've tried yet, but I was getting that message until I went into the menu and selected the automatic channel scan. I forget what it was actually called, but you'll find it. After that, 19 digital stations came in beautifully with a cheap set of rabbit ears. (The scan will also find analog channels, which you can delete later on.) Good Luck.

Can't view my digital channels

Get an outdoor antenna. Digital signals very rarely reach indoor antennas unless you are within ten miles of the signal origin.
