My iphone4 won't turn wifi or blue tooth on. What can I do?

Go to settings
Go to WIFI
Turn WIFI ON

Maybe i don't get it, but you can simply turn off bluetooth on your iphone to cancel all bluetooth connections immediately. Re-Enable bluetooth to re-engage your connections.
If you wan't your iPhone to "forget" a paired bluetooth device just go into the bluetooth settings and tap on the little info badge for the device you want to remove. From there you can delete this pairing.

press home button, GO to Settings(right hand side Bottom), Select Wifi & turn it on......

it may be a faulty radio connection. Wires may be crossed where disabling the power to 1 affects to other. will need phone replaced. Make sure to mention blue tooth malfunction otherwise you'll have to pay for it.

Try hard resetting.This restores factory settings on your phone.Be warned though,it will also erase all user data like video images and songs etc.

If your blue tooth is Usb type try to remove and replug it again,then you will observed that there is a blue tooth icon appear to the lower right corner of your computer, it means your connected or check it out to MY computer,look for the blue tooth icon. Right click the icon then choose what connection you want.

turn on your blue tooth by clicking the bluthooth sign on the bottom right of your device. and check both the options that appear then( turn on blue tooth and make my device discoverable to all) then your blue tooth is on. ok then press and hold the menus on the file u want to send. when u do it, just beam your file. when u do it. then the device will look for all blue tooths on at that time. select the name of bluetooth u want to send the file. ur problem is solved. by a cute pakistani. love u.

Open Intel Proset Wireless or Dell wireless utility from start>all programs. Make sure the the checkbox for 'enable radio' is checked.
