Rear fuse box. INT LP 10 amp . there is also INT LP relay in the same rear fuse box .
Fuse Block - Rear
Under the rear seat, on the left side of the floor pan
The INT LP fuse in the fuse block - rear supplies battery positive voltage to the normally open switch contacts of the INT LP relay. The INT LP fuse also supplies battery positive voltage to the INT LP relay control circuit. The fuse block - rear also supplies battery positive voltage to the relay control circuit for the front courtesy lamp. The door modules communicate on a simple bus interface (SBI). When you open any door, the switch contacts of the door open switch close. When a door open signal circuit is grounded, that door module sends a message to the drivers door module (DDM) in order to indicate that a door is open. The DDM sends a class 2 message to the rear integration module (RIM) in order to indicate which door is open. The RIM activates the INT LP relay in order to provide battery positive voltage to the interior courtesy lamps. When any front door is opened, the RIM will energize the FRT CTSY lamp relay grounding the I/Pcourtsey lamps at G302. Depending on which doors are opened, front or rear, the proper interior courtesy lamps illuminate. The RIM provides a pulse width modulated ground to all interior courtesy lamps for the interior lights theater dimming feature. Some of the courtesy lamps are also used as reading lamps, each reading lamp may be manually turned on or off using it's own respective switch
SOURCE: replacing fuel pump on 1995 oldsmobile aurora
The GM 1995 Aurora repair manual, says to use the access hole under the
carpet in the back right corner of the trunk. You are best to buy a new fuel sender locking nut or ring at the
dealer for about $8.
Forgot to add this - to relieve the fuel pressure, just use the
press the center of valve on the fuel rail (for pressure testing) and a
rag to catch the dribble. Really no big deal.
Make sure disconnect the battery cables too

See if you have a relay that controls your accessories. It may be called the "battery saver" relay. Replace this with a known working relay, and if your accessories start to work, buy a new relay to replace.
SOURCE: 2003 Oldsmobile Alero Flasher fuse
I have a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero, Its located behind the hazard button to the right of the speedo cluster. If you have a clicking noise as if your turn signal was on or hazard buttons pressed. Its not your flasher problem. I had to tear apart half the dash and found out that was not problem. Its the turn signal/ wiper switch located on top the steering column. Its very easy to change. The top piece above the turn lever and wiper lever just snaps out. One torx screw holds it in. Unscrew then lift up there are a few wire plugs in the back. Lift up on the wire tabs and pull plugs out. Reverse order to replace with new part that I bought from Napa auto parts for around $150. You can do this if you have very novice skills and 1 torx bit tool. If can help in any other way, just let me know and good luck.....YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
