I forgot my password to my sidekick slide for tmobile, and i cant figure it out. How do i reset my phone

Mines is taking for ever and it says waiting for activation and it says something about a welcome screen should show up within 48 Hrs if not call customer care, (So how long would i have to wait cuz i know its not gonna take no 48 hrs cuz if so imma die lol)

hi hold down the 10@ key all at the same time it will rest the phone when the turns off hold down the r key till you see the four logos it will restart when you get to the activation screen hold down the l key and the top left button at the same time then you should be all set

menu > settings > security > change lock code > apply master code in place of lock code and press ok > enter new code what you want
